Summary
The Automation Maintenance Technician is responsible for the manufacturing plant’s automated systems. This technician will be the “go to person” to assist in troubleshooting of automated equipment. Engineering of existing/new systems will be required in this role. Automation Maintenance Technicians will also assume the responsibilities of a maintenance technician when required. Continuous improvement of machinery or production process will also be a main focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Starting pay ranges from $33.69- $40.79 based on experience, education and skill level.
